Architectural Design
Our designer's goal is to discover the details that will help us create a dream home that’s yours and yours alone. We believe that great architecture is an intelligent blend of historical and contemporary sources, combining healthily with the environment. Process
1. Consulting & Design
While visiting your home and assessing the feasibility of what you are trying to achieve we help you decide exactly what type of project best suits your needs and budget. We will then provide you with a schedule, breakdown and costs.
2. Design Conception
Where your dreams get shaped. Often, we return to find our concept drawing framed and hanging on the garden room wall, so definitely, what you see is what you will get from our design and build team.
3. Plannings & Permissions
We will arrange for your plans to be drawn up by a specialist architectural designer with extensive knowledge of the requirements for approval. We will then work with you to refine the ideas ready for council submission. During the planning phase, we will assist you in gaining your party wall agreements and any other decisions you need finalising prior to works starting.
